Set up in 2019, the company obtained its PI licence in 2022. Its record is clean, with no debts, sanctions or regulatory issues, and it has a strong reputation, including work with high-risk businesses. It does not deal in crypto at present, though a move into crypto is under consideration. It is not currently cash-flow positive.

Passporting

Passporting covers the Nordic and European countries, and applications for further jurisdictions are in process.

Banking and integrations

• Accounts: DNB, in EUR, SEK, NOK, GBP and DKK
• Acquiring: integrations with acquiring partners already in place
• Cards and payments: a direct American Express integration, plus multiple other payment integrations

Team and costs

• Team: the compliance and operations staff are established; the Risk Officer, AML/Legal, KYC and other key staff may stay, subject to negotiation
• Staff costs: approximately €20,000 a month
• Office: approximately €5,000 a month; the buyer does not have to keep it
• Board: the current board member will leave after the acquisition
