What a business gains from acquiring ready-made companies

A financial institution registered in another country, anywhere in the world, opens up wide opportunities and prospects:

  • New investors and larger investments. Accessing foreign markets makes a business easier to scale. It brings in new clients and also the chance to work with prestigious foreign corporations.
  • Growth with less double taxation. Registering in the EU (European Union), for example, works well for entrepreneurs because of the double taxation agreement: a company set up in an EU country can work with dozens of other states and pay tax on its profits only once.
  • Simpler laws and rules for foreign entrepreneurs. To add value to their economies, many countries actively invite foreign projects to set up on their territory. Latvia is one example: foreigners can register a company there on straightforward terms and at advantageous tax rates.

Getting a ready-made company with a bank account: the stages

Working together, we go through these stages:

  1. Stage 1

    First consultation

We learn about your sector and hold a briefing on what you want to achieve and what you prefer. Your manager then offers you several suitable options to choose between.

  2. Stage 2

    Agreeing the option

Together we choose and confirm the best way to incorporate, then draw up a contract setting out every condition and requirement for the registration and for the support that follows.

  3. Stage 3

    Payment

The contract lists each service and its price. Once you have paid the agreed amount, our specialists prepare the documents needed and start setting up the company abroad.

  4. Stage 4

    Incorporation

Your manager is fully responsible for the incorporation and supervises every step; when it is done, you receive the final set of documents.

Frequently asked questions

Which jurisdiction is right for my business?

We look at your business model, your tax requirements and how you operate, then recommend the jurisdiction that fits best. We weigh up tax rates, the regulatory environment, access to banking and international treaties.

Where is company registration quickest?

In Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK it usually takes 1-5 days, and in some offshore jurisdictions, such as Seychelles, it can be finished within 24-48 hours.

How long does it take to register a company?

That depends on the jurisdiction. Major financial centres take 1-5 days, most offshore locations 5-15 days, and complex structures up to 30 days.

Which documents will you need from me?

Usually copies of your passport, proof of address, an outline of the business plan and documents showing the source of funds. The exact list depends on the jurisdiction.

Can the whole registration be done remotely?

Yes. In most jurisdictions we carry out registration 100% remotely, although some countries may ask for notarised documents or a video call to verify you.

How much will it cost in total?

The total is made up of government fees, our own fees, the registered office and any optional services, such as opening a bank account. Depending on the jurisdiction, it usually comes to between $1,500 and $5,000.

Do you open the bank account too?

Most packages include help with the bank account. We work with tier-1 banks and can help you open an account locally or abroad.

Will there be compliance obligations after registration?

Yes. Most jurisdictions expect annual filings and a maintained registered office, and sometimes an audit as well. We go on supporting you with compliance.
