Why open an investment company in the Czech Republic

A Czech investment company can manage many kinds of assets, from fiat money and cryptocurrency to real estate, stocks and other securities. Its other advantages:

  • No professional requirements for managers. A Czech investment fund may be headed by a citizen of any country, with no need for special skills or a relevant education.
  • A low minimum investment. Qualified and institutional investors in the Czech Republic can invest from 40,000 euros, while elsewhere in the European Union the minimum starts at 125,000 euros.
  • No registered-capital requirement. A Czech asset management company may have registered capital of any size: 10,000 euros, say, or as little as 1 euro.
  • Inexpensive registration. Opening an investment fund costs least in the Czech Republic, at 25,000 euros, and registering the new company and getting all its documents can take as little as 1 month.
  • A lawful way to keep beneficiaries hidden. In the Czech Republic, offshore companies operate under the international standards of the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF), the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and other bodies, so their beneficiaries cannot be concealed. An investment company, by contrast, lets you keep confidentiality within the law, protect assets under EU legislation and move your funds to Europe.
  • No double taxation. Czechia has concluded 94 agreements to avoid double taxation with countries across Europe, America, Asia and Africa.
